No, I don't watch the show - but I am a Bee Gee's fan! They were singing when they were kids, and the first names they used were "The Rattlednakes" and then they were "Johnny and the Blue Cats" I think. Then they were the "Brothers Gibb," then simply "B. G.'s" before becoming what we've all grown to love: the Bee Gees.

I like Meat Loaf about as much as I like . . . meatloaf. Not the worst stuff in the world, but hardly stuff I'd actively seek out.

Different strokes. ;)
The upcoming Meat Loaf album has a Diane Warren song on it. The one ML mailing list that I monitor has the prevailing opinion that it's the worst song on the album.

I heartily disagree. It's quite addictive, actually, but "Did I Say That" and "Couldn't Have Said It Better Myself" are still more radio-friendly songs.

Still, I like it. She's not the anti-Christ. =)

And, if you're interested, you can find MP3s of all the performances easily enough on Kazaa or any P2P network. Give it a couple of days and all the video will be up, as well.

-Augie, will review that Meat Loaf album here eventually...
