The next Weezer album

There hasn’t been an update on the front page of Weezer’s home page since February. No word on the next album there yet, although there is talk of a concert DVD that should have been announced by now, you’d think. Eventually. If you read anything anywhere, please let me know in the comments section here. Thanks.

    I was on RollingStone.com last week and I saw an item. It was mostly about the cover song they’re doing for the Green Day Tribute Album, but the article also made mention of the new album they’re working on. I don’t think there was much info, just the naming of the producer, Rick Rubin. A step in the right direction if you ask me.

    Yeah, it seems kind of early. But, hey, Weezer already had their Tribute Album (worth it only for the Dashboard Confessional version of ‘Jamie’) so why not Green Day?
