Rachael Ray: America’s Sweetheart
The article in ROLLING STONE magazine about the Olsen Twins was actually pretty nice, and didn’t cross the line. But FHM Magazine has truly gone too far (he says, tongue in cheek) for their October 2003 issue. They have an interview (complete with pictures) of Food Network sweetie Rachael Ray.
Just when you thought you had seen it all…

Egads. Well, I used to be a big fan of Rachael Ray, but I fear the toast has been burnt …

I thought it was a cute writeup, actually, and just about the tamest thing I’ve ever seen in one of these magazines.
I’m more curious about the dumpster outside the kitchen in the one picture than anything else. I hope she didn’t burn the rest of the house down with that toast. ;-)

I can die happy. Man, I don’t know what it is about Rachel Ray. Maybe that wholesome cute chick thing. She’s definitely “my type”. I didn’t marry my type, married for love. Rachel I lust. :)

p.s. Audra hates you now, Augie.

You’re welcome, Chris. I live to serve. And I’m with you on the “girl next door type.” I’ll go one step further: Buxom blondes do nothing for me.
But does this mean this would be a bad time to ask Audra for work advice? ;-)

I showed her the link you posted. She just looked at it, gave a heavy sigh, mummbled, “Oh…my…God.”, rolled her eyes and walked away.
I think she’ll still talk to you. :^)

I cannot stand watching either of Rachel’s shows on Food Network. The woman talks like she is speaking to a kindergarten class and I don’t have the mommy fetish thing going. I mean, she’s cute, but to hear her talk, I feel like at any time she’s going to tell us on “30 Minute Meals” that it’s nap time and I need to lay on my mat.

In just over a year of V&S, my favorite link. ;)

God, my wife loves her show. She watches it daily.
Me, I hate her with a passion. I find something particularly grating about her tone and overall perkiness.

I love the polar opposite reactions this story brought about.
I’m still waiting for the Soledad O’Brien layout, myself.

I think Rachael is a cutie and I think the photos are very tame and actually tasteful. Unlike others I’ve seen. What? No mommy fetish… you haven’t seen this mommy then. hahahah. Her tone of voice can by annoying but I love her recipies.. I can’t cook worth a darn but she makes me feel like its a possibility.

Oh, my. Be still, my foolish heart. I have had a thing for her ever since I first saw her on the Food Network, but after seeing those pics… hubba hubba. Please don’t tell my wife, but I think I am in love.

I don’t think of it as a Mommy Fetish so much as a Girl Next Door Fetish. I’m not sure if that makes me old, or is just the way I justify it to myself to keep me from sounding like a MILF chaser….

Rachel Ray is cute, funny and likes to eat. I don’t know if I’d say she’s perfect, but she ranks way up there in my book. Sigh…
First that hot Allyson Hannigan layout a few months back and now this. Go FHM!

Why do you all just say that Rachael Ray is cute. Man she is the bomb!!! She has a great voice too, so i do not know what any of you are talking about, and she knows how to cook really well. Oh!?! did I mention that she is extremely hot!!! I just hope here show doesn’t go off the air for a really long time.

I absolutely cannot stand to watch Rachael Ray. I grind my teeth as I hope someone rushes on set and punches her square in the jaw for saying EVOO too many times. She is not hot, you must have low standards and possibly a mild mental disorder.

Rachael Ray…. sigh….
my wife has known of my lust for her since the first time she watched the show and i stopped what i was doing to watch it with her….now i watch it daily. when i forget its on, my wife reminds me that my girlfriend is on TV. now that ive seen the picts. im in heaven. thank you FHM!

Is this one of those places where people input messages of how they love this poor female?
It says leave a comment not a fantasy sheesh!
ANYWAYZ Rachael, your thirty-min cooking show is most interesting and not like those others who act like zombies cooking brains to “the monster mash”

I AM A HUGE FAN OF RACHAEL RAY. I WATCH MOST OF THE COOKING SHOWS AND TEACH COOKING CLASSES IN MY CITY, BUT RACHAEL IS MY FAV. DARLING PERSONALITY AND GREAT IDEAS, PRESENTATION, SHORTCUTS GOURMET STYLE, ETC.
I RECENTLY LOST 16 POUNDS OVER A 9 WEEK PERIOD THRU THE SOUTH BEACH DIET. I SOOO WISH RACHAEL WOULD COME OUT WITH A LOW-CARB/HIGH PROTIEN COOKBOOK. SHE WOULD MAKE A MILLION, AND TEN THOUSAND PEOPLE, INCLUDING MYSELF, WOULD BE THRILLED!
WHAT DO YOU DAY, RACHAEL??!!
2. April 2004 at 21:41
Hate to burst your bubble, guys, but look at those pictures again. Can we say SERIOUSLY SUPER-IMPOSED???? Do you ever see a total DIRECT line from her head-to neck-to shoulders? NO! Besides, on $40 a Day, she went swimming or surfing, and and the girl sports a serious swimmer’s body and a really hard six-pack. Nothing like those pictures at all.
She’s actually much healthier (and I don’t mean “thin”, I mean “toned and a bit cut” than the pictures show, which led me to believe immediately that these were not actually pictures of the real “Rachael”.
You know – you’d think a “smart” man would at least super-impose her face on an incredibly drop-dead-gorgeous body.

Forgot to add: I LOVE her show!!!! And I’m a HUGE fan!
