Undeclared on DVD

I think I watched the first episode of the series and then lost track of it quickly. Now there’s word that there’s a DVD release coming this summer, and the show’s creator had some things to say about it.

This is the part that piqued my curiosity:

Undeclared – Apatow talks about music, extras, whether or not there will be a special edition, and whether the release is really in July!

There will only be one version of the DVD. it will be similar to the six disc set of Freaks and Geeks. We have an episode that starred Ted Nugent that we reshot which removed Ted.

Does anyone know why Nugent was removed from the show?

No clue on Nugent, but I’m looking forward to this release. Loved that show.

Because his acting probably made Tom Arnold look subtle?

I think it was during that brief peroid in Nugent history (sarcasm) when he made some rascist comments and offended a bunch of his fans… I mean i don’t know what you’d expect from him, GG Allen fans never got uptight and he rubbed himself in shit and whatnot and beat them up….. to each their own i suppose

I was so upset when this show got cancelled. I absolutely loved this show. I sometimes feel like I am the kiss of death, because nearly every show I enjoy gets cancelled. Sigh
