Remember that car they had to do a brochure for on THE APPRENTICE? It was the Pontiac Solstice. Now only $20,000.
O.A.R. is releasing mini-movies to promote the upcoming album. It’s part interview, part promo, part concert footage. I think I’ve decided, though, that “Heard the Word” is my favorite of the newer songs. It features pretty heavily near the end of the movie.
I hate animated GIFs, but I’m using this one anyway:

Why would you hate animated GIFs? They’re system neutral, require no special downloads to see, can’t do anything malicious to an end-user and can be created by anyone (really) with shareware or freeware.
If your problem is with annoying animations, I agree with that, but I’d say that Shockwave and Flash files tend to be much bigger offenders.

It’s that last thing, Beau. I hate web sites that are loaded up with flashing/blinking assaults to the eye. Yes, even CBR’s front page annoys me with the animated banners and skyscraper ads and whatnot, even before we get to the pop-ups. I’m a simple man of simple tastes. . .

With ULead GIF Animator, you can crack that banner open and make it half as fast quite easily, if you were so inclined.
I hear you on the blinkity blinkity blinkity, though. Back when I was doing Web design, I always made animations have a five minute or so pause in them so that people didn’t go crazy and hunt me down and kill me.
