THE PRINCESS BRIDE is coming to Broadway. I know the purists will complain that they’re pandering to the Lowest Common Denominator, but I’ve never cared about Broadway before the recent spate of interesting shows — “Movin’ Out” and “Spamalot” at the top of the list. Not that I’m traveling into the city to see any of them, but it is interesting. . .
It’s official: BIG BROTHER 7 is coming next summer to a CBS affiliate near you.
You Flash Game of the Day, Reflections. Guide the lasers to light up the bulbs. It’s pure puzzle. Easy to learn, tough to master. I’m stuck on the sixth level.
“The Ghost Whisperer” is picked up for a full season. That sound you hear is Tom screaming.

I had a chance to see Ghost Whisperer last Fri. It was quite funny how Hewitt would play herself and her younger self (just add braces). I couldn’t stop laughing. Aisha Tyler was a complete waste.

I knew you’d be there, Tom. Thanks.

Damn you, laser game. Damn you.
Made it to level 10. NOW I’m really stuck.

Erm…very very interested in the Princess Bride musical – however, the URL takes me to a picture of Avril Lavigne and her fiancee???

Crap. It must be a column that’s been updated since I read it originally… Not that I have anything against Avril. I’ll see if I can find the archive of the story. Thanks for the head’s up.
(Screw it — found a new source for the story.)

Avril Lavigne is a dip… Definitely of the same crop that the Simpsons sisters, Hillary Duff, and Lindsay Lohan were cut from.
Best news of the week in Reality TV news — The Simple Life has been dropped by Fox!
The Paris Hilton gravy-train known as “da newz” may be on its way to ending soon!
Can’t be soon enough for me. May 85% of the rest of the reality shows (American Choppers is OK) follow!
TV wasn’t that great before the onset of the reality-show era, but man has it gone into the supreme crapper the day EVERY producer in Hollywood decided it was a great idea to put a camera in the face of ANY telegenic idiot or even modestly-intriguing wannabe out there.

Personally, I was very skeptical of the Ghost Whisperer. But I have really enjoyed the show so far. Just not for everybody I guess. My wife will be happy it got picked up for the whole season!
