Tuesday Link Dump
* INXS has success with “Pretty Vegas.” It is a great song, though I liked the playful good natured “Trees” even more.
* Speaking of math: NUMB3RS is doing well in the ratings. It’s winning its Friday night time slot with a consistent 13 share and roughly 7 million viewers. Not bad at all.
* The CURIOUS GEORGE movie trailer shows us an animated film done with traditional two dimensional pen and ink. As much as I love many of the CGI films, this trailer shows what can be done with a little imagination and a lot of pencil work.
* Everyone else is linking to it, but I don’t have the time to read it at the moment. Maybe later: Life Hackers

Curious George!!!! And I guess if I don’t SEE Will Ferrell as the man in the yellow hat, well, okay. That’s passable. But wheeeee!!!!!

I’ve been watching pretty much all the episodes of NUMB3RS and can’t see why it wouldn’t do well in the ratings. You’ve got MATHNET and CSI in one. What could be better?

I LOVE Curious George and have just started reading the originals to my 19-month old twin girls. They have the Curious George doll I played with as a wee lad, beat up and eyes missing and all, as a beloved toy. But the trailer is not inspiring to me–none of the character’s charm seems to have translated over. Color me unimpressed.

NUMB3RS is good, did they switch the actress who played the professor’s student?
Anybody else notice one of Clark’s old girlfriends from Smallville is now on it? And the character is about 10 years older than she was on Smallville?
