Saturday Link Dump

* Take a look at Norwegian Web Cams. Sometimes, you just have to marvel at how the web brings the world to you.

* Camino 1.0 in beta! That’s the Mozilla browser specifically re-engineered for the Mac.

* SGI’s fall from grace.

* Ooh, neat podcasting toy.

    I just got DSL and had to switch from Safari to Firefox as my main browser. Safari has slowed to a crawl on my PowerBook. I’ll give Camino a try.

    It’s a shame about SGI. I remember wanting one of their machines so badly years ago.

    Augizzle My Nizzle, should I download it or keep working with
    Firefox? And will it important all my bookmarks?

  3. Augie De Blieck Jr. Says:

    I don’t know, Arune. I haven’t played with it yet, to tell you the truth. If I get time during the week, I want to, though.

    I tried out Camino, and it’s good. The keyboard shortcuts are different, but I could get used to them. It can import bookmarks from Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, and IE–at least those were listed on my Mac.
