					<description>It's not about getting people to click on them. They're trying to get onto the site so that more sites will point to the destination sites, and thus raise their ranking in Google. That way, if someone does want Hoodia or whatever the spam du jour is about, it'll come in high-ranked in Google.

They're gaming the way Google works, and using all of us to do so.</description>
