Thursday Link Dump
* The designer of Guitar Hero talks about the Nintendo Revolution controller.
* Unreal Tournament 2007 will be a launch title for the PS3. (Via)
* Where are they now? American Idol Season One. (Thanks for the link, Shawn!)
* The Ten Best Tech Podcasts of 2005. Who’da thunk we’d get to the point where such a list could be created? Remember when everyone said that podcasting was just for shut-in LiveJournal losers who wanted to whine to themselves? Now, podcasting is the word of the year, thousands are available, you can listen to them through iTunes and TiVo, and the categories they include are more numerous than any of us could ever have imagined. Interesting.
* Pepsi leads Coke in market share. Go Pepsi! I’m a firm supporter of Diet Pepsi. (Via)

While I do like Pepsi, I wish they would stop discontinuing flavors I like. I was one of the few who enjoyed the clear Pepsi and Pepsi Blue. But they really got me mad when they stopped Pepsi Vanilla!!!! I have fond memories of having vanilla Pepsi’s as a kid, and the Vanilla they released in bottles and cans was great. Oh well, I can at least still buy vanilla syrup and make my own…

in britain they do Pepsi MAX, which is my favourite, they advertise it as “Maximum Cola taste, no Sugar!” not quite sure what that makes diet pepsi though?
do they have an equivelant over there?

Maybe I misread the article, but I think they lead in market capitalization, which is related to their stock share, not market share, which would be related to how much they sell of Pepsi, a product that’s vastly inferior to Coke. :-)

Chad - I might have misread it. That’s a strong possibility. But Coke superior to Pepsi? It’s tough to keep the laughter down right now. ;-)
I don’t care what they say about politics — the Cola Wars are where the REAL flame fests always begin. heh heh
