And yours was the first name that came to mind when I wrote this thing up. But I still remember "Black September" as a topic of conversation as late as 1997 or so. Of course, I was part of Black September 1994, so perhaps I'm too close to the matter. For my next look back, I'll talk about search engines, and the Alta Vista heyday. ;-) I realize that there are, indeed, Crankier Old Men Of The Internet than me, Tom.
