Actually not a horrible strategy, and it may have worked if she had been able to control them better and/or if they were slightly more competent. Really, though, can anyone imagine either of these two (or any of the original contestants, for that matter) running their own kitchen in a multi-million dollar restaurant? And what made it worse was that she straight out told them she picked the worst ones..(???) Why??? But in the end it didn't matter...Makes me wanna go to Vegas and have some of that Chilean Sea Bass. I've never had it before but what's the big deal about it? Seems like it's always on a fancy menu somewhere.
