To clear up some terminology. . .
Microsoft Live Spaces - Microsoft’s latest innovation is a web site designed to replicate the success of –
MySpace.com - A social network of poor web designers. They have everything but the BLINK and MARQUEE tags functioning on there.
Mac OS X Spaces - Apple’s latest innovation is a spiffed-up version of *nix’s virtual desktops.
Space - The overused and very annoying way that everyone in Web 2.0 describes a “market” or a niche that a product fits into. AIM is part of the “IM space.” Google is in the “search space.” Etc. etc.
Spaced - A British comedy, and supposedly a very good one. Sadly, not available on DVD in Region 1 yet.

Does anyone else see ‘Spaced’ and think of a mid-80s b&w independent comic by Tom Stazer?

I believe Spaced has been running on BBC America, if you get that channel.

Mike — Sadly, I don’t get BBC America. Cablevision gives me two hundred channels I don’t need, but not the one I’d find useful.
Jody — I’d never seen that comic before, but it certainly looks cool.
Shyguy — I was trying to keep it more modern. I haven’t watched the Roast yet. At the last minute, I just wasn’t in the mood for it last night. I love the Shat and all, but isn’t it just going to be an hour and a half of the same old jokes, but with the eff word bleeped out in front of all of them? ::sigh:: I’m so torn.

Spaced has definitely been running on BBC America, and was also on Trio last year.
