If you e-mail me a job description that you think is a perfect match for my on-line resume, it would make you look so much better not to address it to “August V.” That just shows me that you’re spamming everyone in your database. It’s blatantly obvious to someone in the IT field, idiots.

Also, jobs located in Idaho, Kentucky, and Maine are not the ones I want to commute from NJ to.
