New DVD Releases for 04 December 2007
There’s a pirate movie out this week that everyone seems to be excited about.
They’re releasing SUPERBAD, because it’s what the people want.
GALACTICA fans have that Razor movie to look forward to.
24 die-hards disappointed that the writer’s strike means Keifer Sutherland will have plenty of time to keep drinking and driving, can relive the glories of season two as Season Six hits shelves this week.
Those with a higher appreciation for the fine art of TV will tell us what we’re all missing with THE WIRE Season Four. It’s a show I’d desperately like to have the free time to watch.
And for everyone else, there is THE NANNY DIARIES.

The Wire is scary good. Each season builds on the previous seasons while still being its own story. Arguably the best thing I’ve ever seen on my television. You owe it to yourself to spend a few days watching it from start to finish. Good luck finding the time.

If there is even one thing you’re “eh” about watching, then you have time for The Wire. Last season’s 24 could have been 2 seasons of The Wire.
And it seems that the strike means Keifer has time to put in 48 days at teh Glandale City Jail.

THE WIRE is on sale for something like $75 for the first three seasons at Amazon right now.
::sigh:: Someday. . .
