Weekend Link Dump Part One (hey, it’s the holidays!)
- Check out this great video review of the new 12 inch Wacom Cintiq.
- Warner Music goes DRM-free at Amazon’s MP3 store! (Click on the Amazon link above to go to the store.)
- Meanwhile, Apple is about to announce movie rentals from Fox. Could this be the rebirth of Apple TV?
- One of the happiest endings to a tech story of 2007: NASDAQ delists SCO. Good bye and good riddance.
- Photo Attorney makes the comparison between copyright law and car theft law. Scathing satire.
- How to solve the book clutter problem. I’ve been working on my DVD clutter problem through the Amazon Marketplace for the last four months. I’ve sold 40 DVDs that way.
- This guy sings a song backwards. Can you guess the song? Halfway through the video, it reverses and shows all. Most impressive.

The backwards song link leads to a “malformed URL” error on YouTube.

Thanks, Phil. Darn redirection in the URL crap. . . It’s all fixed now. Enjoy.

Cool! I guessed right, but it took almost the entire backwards song for me to make the guess. And it wasn’t a confident guess, either….

I have no problem giving away books I have read (to another person, library, etc) even when I’ve paid $20+ for the hardcover. But for some reason I have a difficult time getting rid of comics in the same way. Kind of odd when I will give up a $10 magazine (Empire) or $20 book without a second thought but can’t seem to part with a $3 comic, even if I didn’t totally enjoy it. What kind of sickness is that?
