I have followed the Wallflowers after Bringing Down the Horse and have really enjoyed the rest of their music. I agree, Rebel, Sweetheart wasn't the best album, but I am certainly looking forward to Jakob's solo album.

Phil - If you liked "Bringing Down The Horse" (the One Headlight album), give their previous debut album a shot. I don't have the name of it in front of me, but I think it's more in line with "Horse" than the next album or two were.

On the other hand, I kinda liked the way they added different things in following albums to keep from sounding exactly the same. It's the last album when they stripped everything back out that things got a little iffy for me.

I listened to some of their stuff from the album after the one "One Headlight" was on, and I didn't like it.

It also doesn't help that "One Headlight" was forever ruined by a former co-worker completely butchering singing along with the song at a wedding or something.

Now that horrible rendition is stuck in my brain.
