There are more Dodo cartoons in Tiny Toons than in the original Looney Tunes, which is part of the appeal. It really does carry the spirit there.

The rest of the show doesn't quite.

But hey, as a child I wasn't quite in sych with the tastes of my fellow children. For which I had disdain for their tastes.

Oh, man, how could I ever forget the Dodo! Wasn't his name Gogo Dodo? I loved him too!

I know what you mean Chris about an initial resentment towards Tiny Toons because of Looney Tunes because I felt it too, but I then ended up really enjoying it. I'm not going to by it, but I'm sure the library will get it eventually and I'll gladly check it out there.

I think I resented Tiny Toons.

I didn’t want any thirty-minute timeslot dedicated to this NEW SHITE when there were over forty years of Loony Tunes and Merrie Melodies, many of which I had not seen yet.

Huh. wow. When was Tiny Toons? Early nineties? I was a child when it came out, about the fifth grade or so, perhaps. Damn I was a Conservative real young.

I liked the Baby Plucky stuff and that one dude from the zany dimension, whatsisname, I liked him too. For the most part I didn’t like it then and I have no drive to revisit it now.

Now Freakazoid I’ll revisit.

Two of my favorite things about Tiny Toons were the Baby Plucky shorts (Elevator go down the hole.) and Pete Puma as the janitor.

Speaking of unneccesary sequels, isn't the sequel for The Lost Boys being released this week as well...?

WarGames may be 25 years old... but that's not as bad as the fact it's being released this week because the new Direct-to-DVD sequel is being released this week as well.

This will all end in tears, I know it.
