  • iTunes 2008 Best of Podcasts lists disgusts me. 90% of it is rewarmed radio and television shows. They’re afterthoughts, not podcasts.
  • @LordShaper – I love people who tell you how easy it is to start a 10,000 listener podcast. Yeah, start with a 20,000 listener podcast.
  • Being home during the day is SO DAMNED COOL. Why must I go back to work tomorrow? Baby is so cute, too. She’s being an angel.
  • No, seriously, the girl and I (and her mother) had a very lovely day today. Tomorrow, it’s back to work and Suck Van Suck Suck life crap.
  • Pipeline #600. That’s right. 600 straight non-stop weeks of doing this thing. http://tinyurl.com/5amlot (I don’t normally mention comics on this blog, but it’s Column #600.  That deserves a mention. And if I don’t mention it, nobody else will.)
  • The Dark Knight Special Edition 2 DVD set sold out at my local BJ’s Warehouse by 6:00. And I had a coupon. So sad.

  • Whoever that was who used my Amazon Associates link to order themselves a new Canon XSI: Thank-you!
  • Canon 5DII vid from a “normal” user. Wowzers: http://tinyurl.com/6q5a3l  (I think the 5d Mark II is my dream camera, along with a nifty $1500 70-200mm f/2.8L lens.)
  • I almost wanted to donate to PBS today just to score the 12 DVD set of Victor Borge videos. If they sell that through Amazon, I’m in! (Lotsa Borge links in VandS here.)
  • Wait. The first set of 6 DVDs IS! Or, at least, you can pre-order it now. Very very happy: http://tinyurl.com/6cws9x
  • Yay, I just got my $5 credit to the Amazon MP3 store. If only I liked any music these days. . .
