As it turns out, the bundled version of Guitar Hero: World Tour with the drums and all outsold both the game-only and guitar-only versions. I’m guessing that the Guitar Hero die-hards who wanted a piece of the Rock Band action were waiting for this. I have no room for all of it, and didn’t want to spend $200 for the ottoman that it would all fit into, so I wound up with the guitar bundle. I wanted to play with the slider thingy.

Topps is doing some weird gimmicky 3-D baseball card thing. No, not Sportsflics. This is webcam-ready. Weird. I guess my biggest question, then, is this: Is there any hobby that can survive without having to interact with a computer? Is nothing pure anymore?
